Jacketed boiler, also known as steam boiler, cooking pot, jacketed steam boiler, is a good equipment for improving quality and efficiency and improving working conditions in food processing.
Jacketed pot usually consists of pot body and supporting structure. The fixed type is mainly composed of a pot body and support feet; the tilting type is mainly composed of a pot body and a tiltable frame; the stirring type is mainly composed of a pot body and a stirring device.
As the name suggests, the jacketed pot body is a double-layer structure, which is composed of inner and outer spherical pots, and the middle interlayer is heated by steam. There are two types of pot body materials:
(a) Inner pot body stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L), outer pot body carbon steel (Q235-B); externally coated with anti-rust paint.
(b) The inner and outer pots are all stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L).
The legs of the vertical jacketed pot are triangular pyramid type or round tube type. The legs of the tiltable jacketed pot are channel steel bracket type.
The boiler uses steam with a certain pressure as the heat source. It has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, and easy control of heating temperature. The inner pot body (inner pot) of this pot is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve, which is beautiful in appearance, easy to install, convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
