Product Overview:

Falling film evaporator is a reduced-pressure distillation unit for concentrating liquid. The liquid to be vaporized is sprayed onto the heat exchange tube from the upper heat exchanger, and a thin liquid film is formed on the heat exchange tube. In this way, the static liquid level pressure is reduced when the liquid is boiling and evaporating, so as to improve the heat exchange and evaporation efficiency. It is commonly used in food, medical, chemical and other related industries.

Product details

The raw material liquid is distributed into each evaporation pipe unfirmly, under the function of gravity, liquid flow from top to bottom, it becomes the thin film and heat exchanging with steam. Generated secondary steam go along with the liquid film, it increases the liquid flow speed, heat exchanging rate and reduces the retention time.
