Working principle of extracting

1.water extraction: water and Chinese traditional medicine according to certain proportion to inner tank, open the jacket steam stop valve and start to heating extraction. In the extraction process, can produce a large amount of steam, the secondary steam goes through foam catcher to cooler for condensation, then into the cooler for cooling, and then into the oil-water separator for separation, condensate liquid goes back into the extracting tank so until the extract is terminated. when extracting liquid reaches the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.
2.Alcohol extraction: drugs and alcohol be put into the inner tank by certain proportion first, must work at sealing condition,, open the jacketed begin evaporating into the valve for steam heating extraction. In the extraction process, within the tank will produce a large amount of steam, the secondary steam from the steam vent for discharge, through foam catcher to cooler for condensing, again into the cooler for cooling, then enter the gas-liquid separation for separation, making the residual not cold gas escape from upper condenser, liquid reflux to extractor, so until the extract is terminated, when extracting liquid reaches the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.

3.0il extraction: putting traditional Chinese medicines which contains volatile oil in to extractor first, open the circulating valve of oil separator, close the bypass back flow valve, and open the jacket steam valve, when reaches evaporating temperature, open the cooling water for cooling, the cooling liquid should maintain a certain level of errands separation in the separator.

solidify), natural cycling can be changed into compelled cycling for satisfying customer’s requirements.

4) New technologies and new materials are utilized for excellent performance of unit. The areas of the unit contacting with medical liquids and solvents in instruments, equipments and pipes, are made of superior stainless steel.

5) There are no any dead corners inside. Mirror is polished. It is easy to clean. The sealing of bottom cover is of air pressure seal to improve reliability. Distillation tank has two filtering layers to prevent jamming. Distillation tank, separator are attached with dual-purpose bubble eliminator.

6) Seamless fine and smooth pipes are adopted in condenser, they have good performance in heat transfer. Heaters and industrial control computers are attached in the system to make its adaptability, reliability and stability in performance and operation be in the leading place in China.

Accessories

The tank body is equipped with the CIP automatic rotary spray cleaning ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof aperture lamp, sight glass, quick open type feeding inlet and etc., ensuring convenient operation and complying with the GMP standard. The cylinder inside the equipment is made of imported 304 or 316L.
