The materials are heated to 90-140 ℃ by pump input heat exchange from the balance tank, then constant temperature at 95-98 ℃, and finally cooled to 35-85 ℃ for filling.The whole process takes place in a closed state.The system can be equipped with variable frequency control to adapt to different packaging speed, and can be used with the central CIP system.
The electrical control system of the equipment USES the whole process (from the cleaning of the equipment to the heat treatment of the material).The electric control cabinet is equipped with 10 “color touch screen, which monitors the work of the whole equipment.
The deviation will be issued and controlled and adjusted by the PLC control system to ensure the effective work of the equipment.
